Analyze
Put on the responder's mask. If Text 2 is responding, read Text 2 first. Reduce its opinion to one simple phrase, then read the target through those glasses.

Predict
Before looking at A/B/C/D, say the answer in normal language. Start with a verdict such as “No, because…” or “Yes, but…”.
“Say it simply before SAT language attacks.”
E
Eliminate
Cross out choices that reverse your prediction, introduce side topics, or make extreme claims. Pick the choice that matches your plain-English prediction.
“Buzzword ≠ proof. Match the idea.”
